Hi! I’m Rozhan, the founder of CELPIPFUL.
I took the CELPIP test myself in July 2025 and was able to achieve the maximum score. It boosted my PR application profile and eventually helped me become a permanent resident of Canada. That was really the beginning of my journey with CELPIP. Seeing my own results inspired me to start sharing the strategies, tips, and techniques that helped me succeed with others aiming for high CELPIP scores.
But my connection to teaching English actually goes much further back. Right after high school, I started teaching English as a hobby through classroom and private lessons, and I quickly realized how much joy it brought me to help dedicated students grow more confident in their language skills. Later, I specialized in IELTS preparation classes, and two years after that, I moved to Canada to study Biomedical Sciences. Even after immigrating, my passion for teaching English never faded.
Now, through CELPIPFUL,
I hope to help immigrants and future Canadians feel more confident, less overwhelmed, and one step closer to their goals by achieving the CELPIP score they need.
